At Wallflower we (my business partner mama and I) are always striving to keep things fresh and interesting. Recently our minds were opened to a new product category, but at first we weren’t sure what. We wracked our brains for a passion project — something Wallflower shoppers could be equally passionate about.
We landed on self-care and beauty kind of naturally. Adding different products to our daily routines and chatting about the results has always been a big part of our relationship. The prospect of finding the right combination of cosmetics to unlock our best selves excites us. We believe in the power of pampering and hope you do too!
Scouring the far reaches of the Internet for independent beauty brands that fit in at Wallflower was no easy feat, mostly because we came across A TON. How encouraging that so many unique “makers” are thriving today, especially female ones.
Our search brought us to Ohio, (Made in the USA!) to a mother of three daughters. Nicole of Revival Body Care started the line in her home kitchen and has since moved to a headquarters in Cleveland. We fell for the free-spirited yet luxe look of her labels. Not to mention, her skin, lip and hair care products are made with only the finest organic, fair trade and vegan ingredients. She is committed to a cruelty free approach, with eco-friendly packaging and zero animal testing. With no toxins, chemicals, artificial colors, fragrances or fillers, Revival is safer and more effective than other products on the market.
We Wallflowers are in favor of a look that emphasizes and enhances your true self, rather than alters it. We are thrilled to welcome Revival’s sea salt spray, clay mask, and facial toning mist to the shop. Brow and lash serum and a hydrating hair mask are on their way.
